The first of many!

As detailed in the title, this is the first of many blog entries to come :)

Summer Vacation!

2021 was a strange time to be alive. The pandemic was cooling down as the weather was starting to heat up. I spend most of my days continuing my education by attending classes at SMC. I took Political Science and Economics (and passed!). But after classes were done, I spent my days either hanging out with my friends or watching binging television. I also got my wisdom teeth removed. So much fun! I got to be lazy for a week and eat nothing but soups and beans; truly, the height of luxury. I also continued to practice drawing and painting in different medians from the comfort of my own home. Summer was fun and I am ready for the next school year :)

School Excitement

I was looking forward to the JPL competition, although due to COVID-19, there is a small chance there will be one. I am also looking forward to having more control over the assignments and peer collaboration.

In general, I am looking forward to taking more classes I got to choose as opposed to taking classes that are required. I'm hoping the flexibility in my schedule will give me some more time to focus on college applications and personal growth.
